We helped the client identify what makes it a ‘compelling place to work’ including job roles and the opportunity to work closely with their product. Technology Our client experienced rapid growth and the CEO wanted a review of their appraisal system to improve fit with business need.  We implemented a more effective ongoing process, trained managers around competency based appraisal and performance assessment criteria. Key to project success was engaging all stakeholders with the changes to ensure they could see improved relevance of the process.

The client’s key aims were to support the development of their senior managers and to start to build a coaching culture within the organisation. Participants gained confidence and the exercise had helped to boost their performance and motivation.
