Employer brand and attraction

A period of organisational growth can bring both opportunities and challenges to employee engagement. Growth can bring new career opportunities and recruits with new skills; however, sometimes there can be growing pains. Some people may no longer see the organisation as offering the same attractions. An engagement strategy during this climate needs to consider the needs of these different groups of workers including retaining the talents of key workers who have helped to grow the organisation so far.
