Talent Glue was founded by the managing consultant, Kelly Drewery. The company is based in Cambridge UK and is part of a broad network of consultants, associates and small entrepreneurial businesses in this region to bring an exciting range of services and products to our clients across the UK and Ireland. Our network works together to ensure you have the right expertise to support your organisation’s challenges whilst avoiding the costly fees of the larger consulting organisations. Talent Glue’s network specialise in the areas of strategic consultancy, employee research, career advisors, brand communications specialists and digital solutions. We welcome working as consultants or interim workers alongside your other preferred suppliers to help you deliver your HR programmes.

Trained as a business psychologist, Kelly has worked in employee engagement and retention consulting for 15 years. She has worked with a variety of well-known brand names around building effective relationships with their people to boost engagement, organisational performance and capability development. Her clients have been in numerous industry sectors including finance, insurance, media, engineering, retail, IT and pharmaceuticals as well as many in the Public sector.

Kelly started her career at West Yorkshire Police Force working in performance management, staff assessment and development roles before moving into consultancy at The Work Foundation, MORI’s Reputation Centre and Penna Consulting. Kelly has an MBA in Business Management, an MSc in Strategic HR Management, an MA in Criminal Justice Studies and BSc Hons in Psychology. She is a graduate member of the CIPD, is an accredited user of Belbin Team assessments and holds Occupational Test User qualifications from the British Psychological Society.

Things you may not know about Kelly until now….  Kelly enjoys a spot of mindful Tai Chi with the sprightly Cambridge Kung Fu team.  In her former hospitality life, she met the likes of David Beckham, Russell Crowe, Carol Vorderman and Lulu. Her favourite place in the world is the Blue Lagoon in Iceland and she’s partial to an occasional pub quiz challenge.  She loves Lego and has a (relatively) secret passion for making chocolate and is currently pondering on how to blend these into her other business activities…
