I’m being asked this a lot at the moment. So I thought I’d create a nice little Venn diagram to help explain who to go to if you have a people issue and need a bit of help – is it an HR expert, Occupational Psychologist or a Business Psychologist? There are natural overlaps between these professions but, hopefully, this illustration points to the particular strengths and focus of each group.
