It’s a funny thing. In some ways, it feels it’s never been easier to arrange a chat with someone; both personally and professionally. But I wonder whether online conf calls have had their day.
As a Business Psychologist, I love to help solve people problems – the messy ones. The ones I am privileged to investigate in organisations are almost invariably complex or ‘wicked’ in some way: those with competing tensions and require layers of fixing.
One of the most inspiring people I dream of being more like is Maggie Aderin-Pocock.
