‘Dark Sides’ assessment

The Hogan Development Survey (HDS) explores the ‘dark side’ of our personality – the one that emerges in times of stress or change. Our unguarded traits during these times can create dysfunctional behaviour. Untamed, these behaviours can lead to derailment in our careers or conflict in our lives at work and home. By knowing your ‘dark side’, you can better prepare for these more difficult times.

We provide this assessment and offer a telephone or online feedback session. This is typically for 1.5 hours. Our feedback coaching session helps you to explore the implications of your dark side personality profile, how you can stay aware of the triggers and how you can manage its impact. We can also talk about the different types of people you may find it easier or more difficult to work with or manage.
