The Coaching Supervision Circle

Helping your coaching business be a great place for you to work

The Coaching Circle helps you build a coaching practice aligned with who you are and what matters to you. We support your development as both a coach and a business owner. Embracing the whole of your practice so you and your coaching business thrive.

Two ways to engage with the Circle

We offer two complementary formats, and you’re welcome to combine them as your needs evolve. In both formats, we act as your supervisors and business coaches bringing psychological insight, strategic thinking, and accountability whilst you remain the expert in your own practice and the agent of your development.

The Sprint programme: Intensive, focused bursts of development

Our series of topical sprints help you explore and develop your practice across different dimensions of running a coaching business at whatever stage you find yourself. Each sprint programme focuses on just one of the following areas, and you can sign up for one sprint, several or all of them depending on your business goals:

We’d suggest: Closed Supervision Circle with consistent membership

From day one, we’re taught to extend unconditional positive regard to others. But how often do we show the same compassion to ourselves? Too often, coaches hold themselves to impossible standards and then feel guilty when they fall short.

Business supervision provides dedicated space to:

  • Step back from daily operations and think strategically
  • Connect with peers and address the isolation many coaches experience
  • Develop sustainable practices that honour your wellbeing
  • Build confidence through recognising evidence of your capability
  • Navigate ethical dilemmas with experienced, supportive guidance
  • Align your business model with your values and coaching philosophy

We believe that cultivating self-awareness, compassion, and coherence is vital—not only for your own wellbeing, but for the depth of presence you bring to your clients.

This supervision circle is co-led by friends and colleagues Jane Sullivan and Kelly Drewery. Together, we bring a rare blend: the insight of occupational and business psychologists, backgrounds in management consultancy, a combined 30 years of running our own coaching practices. You get a combination of our commercial skills, deep coaching expertise, and the creative spark of seasoned coaching supervision.

Our supervision holds the whole of your practice – who you are, and how you thrive.
