Kelly Drewery, Team Psychologist
I’m Kelly and I have worked as a Business and Team Psychologist for more than 20 years. I believe we all want to be valued, to contribute, to grow, to connect with our tribe. We are social animals and feeling part of a team matters. We help make a happier, productive and more meaningful experience. In all the work I do, I help improve relationships.
I have always worked in Business Psychology related roles focusing on helping good people, teams and organisations become great at what they do. Helping to make this shift gets me out of bed in the morning. Some of my projects have taken me into all sorts of workplaces including film sets, landmark buildings, behind the scenes of luxury brands, factory canteens, sitting in police cars and ones that offer a fabulous bird’s eye view over London.
Who I work with
My clients include senior teams in a variety of well-known brand names in the public, private and not for profit sectors. I also support teams in smaller businesses. My clients have been in numerous industry sectors including finance, insurance, media, engineering, technology, IT, pharmaceuticals, central/ local government and emergency services.
Things you may not know about me until now….
I love travelling and people watching different cultures. My favourite place in the world is the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. I love painting, drawing and building Lego creations with my three kids. I’m on a mission to find the best carrot cake – the current chart topper is (sadly recently closed) Claire’s Bakery in Plettenburg Bay in South Africa: so yummy it brought a tear. Was delighted when they shared their recipe with me!

Carol Fogarty, Team Coach and Facilitator
I’m Carol and I have worked as a one-to-one and team coach for over 18 years across public and private sector organisations, adult and youth sports teams and education. I have a lifelong passion for supporting and inspiring people to achieve their potential in a way that best serves their heartfelt values and goals. For teams, I’ve noticed when the identity moves from ‘I’ to ‘we’ great things happen by focusing on raising awareness of the importance, the potential and the rewards of building connection and collaboration for the greater good of all in the system. This is combined with direct leadership and management experience within Fortune 500 Global Organisations.
My approach can be described as emergent, conversational and dialogic utilising NLP techniques alongside Gestalt and systemic principles. In essence, orchestrating interventions in the moment aligned with the team’s need and readiness to make changes that improve their confidence, clarity, and commitment alongside recognising the impact on their wider system of work. In addition, I invite ‘connection, collaboration and co-creation’ which is central to my team ethos. I bring my whole energetic self to encounters and feel things deeply, which is both my strength and my guide.
Who I work with
I have had the privilege of working as a professional coach for over 18 years, collaborating with senior leaders in one-to-one settings and supporting Senior Leadership Teams and mid-management teams across Government Agency and private sector organisations of all sizes. My career includes more than 15 years in multinational organisations, including GSK where I served as part of a Senior Leadership Team, and Walkers (part of PepsiCo) where I led teams across commercial functions, as well as consulting within Nestlé. I am also a faculty member for Team Coaching Studio.
