The coachee sought coaching to explore how to grow their business to be more sustainable and fulfilling. Although in business for a year already, they wanted to align more closely with both personal values and professional ambitions. With prior experience in the target sector and a strong sense of self-awareness, this coachee was clear on their strengths but had previously experienced burnout and wanted to avoid repeating that pattern. They were particularly focused on building a practice that supported their identity as a parent and a person, not just as a professional. Therefore they felt the Inner Team coaching programme would support them to balance their business and life aims.

The coaching partnership was structured around six sessions to support clarity, focus, and direction. Several core goals emerged through the programme:
1. Defining a long-term business vision
2. Creating a roadmap that balanced progress with sustainability
3. Understanding how personality traits impacted momentum
4. Developing a business model that supported a balanced, values-led life.

Coaching supported reflection using practical tools—planning frameworks, structured thinking, and NLP-based visualisation where appropriate. Together, we explored goal setting across life domains (business, wellbeing, parenting, relationships), using inner team metaphors and tailored strategies to manage overwhelm. Key sessions addressed mindset shifts around pricing and professional identity. We worked on identifying personal transformation stories to support a compelling pitch, and tackled emotional triggers and confidence wobbles with positive psychology techniques and perceptual positioning.

By the end of the programme, the coachee:
1. Articulated a five-year vision, identified critical milestones, and committed to updating their product/ pricing strategy.
2. Reconnected with their core motivations, developed a provisional marketing plan, and built strategies to recognise early signs of overwork.
3. Reported greater clarity, renewed energy, and alignment between their ambitions and life values and so laying the foundations for a resilient, human-centred business.
