Talent Glue is working with highly respected COEL, the workplace design specialists, to launch today our survey to understand different people’s experiences and expectations of the future workplace. Just a couple of years ago, ‘zoom’ for many of us simply meant changing the magnitude on your camera. Suddenly, and for nearly all of us, the word ‘Zoom’ seems to generate a bit of an eye twitch. But what does this mean for us as workers, managers or employers? And what does it mean for how we engage with our work and workplace’?
